The seminars will provide a detailed introduction to the HKDSE application arrangements, subject information and assessment mechanism, while also addressing common misconceptions about candidates' performance. The HKDSE Technology and Living (Fashion, Clothing, and Textiles) Student Works Exhibition will run from 18 October to 14 November at A707, Tower A, Hong Kong Design Institute, showcasing creative fashion pieces from secondary school students. Design lovers, educators, students and members of the public are warmly invited to join the event. Free admission.

The HKEAA welcomes the initiatives in 'The Chief Executive's 2025 Policy Address' to promote the international recognition of HKDSE, and commits to implementing the relevant initiatives. The HKEAA delegation joined the 2025 European Association for International Education (EAIE) Conference and Exhibition in Sweden this September, introducing the HKDSE to overseas tertiary institutions and academic organisations. The HKEAA has launched its ALT course to enhance secondary teachers’ marking skills, offering expert-led guidance on designing marking schemes, standardising marking using sample scripts, as well as developing assessment standards. This year, the course includes more HKDSE subjects and is now open for registration. Schools subscribed to the DFS can enjoy priority enrolment and an approximately 34% off discount.
