Code on Access to Information
Members of the public may make a request for information or records held by the Authority according to the Code on Access to Information. For information related to requests for personal data, please refer to the 'Application Guide on Data Access Request'.
 

The Authority has a designated Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the Code are properly dealt with in accordance with specific procedures. Please refer to the HKEAA Code on Access to Information for details.

 

A request for access to information can be made through the following channels:

  1. Fill out the online application form
  2. Download the application form, then submit the completed application form by post, fax or email.
  3.

    Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at specified cost, photocopying charge (black and white photocopy on A3 or A4 size paper with or without enlarging) of HK$1.0 per side will be levied. The charge may be subject to revision.
