As stipulated in the respective Examination Regulations, all examination scripts submitted by candidates, including the practical work in the practical examinations, are the property of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (the Authority). While the Data Access Request (DAR) report(s) is provided to the requestor solely for the purposes of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Authority retains all intellectual property rights (including copyright) of the examination scripts and DAR reports. We also reserve all rights of action against any unauthorized dealings.
