Arrangement under Typhoon Signal 8 or above and black rainstorm warning:
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a typhoon warning signal number 8 or above on the day of the visit or during the visit, the center will be closed, and all visit activities will be canceled. The center will not arrange for rescheduling of the visit as compensation, applicants will need to submit a new reservation application online. If the cancellation of the typhoon warning signal by the Hong Kong Observatory is less than two hours before the center's normal closing time, the center will not open on that day.
If black rainstorm warning signal is in effect before the center's normal opening time, the center will not open until the rainstorm warning is canceled by the Hong Kong Observatory. If the cancellation of the rainstorm warning is less than two hours before the center's normal closing time, the center will not open on that day.
