HKEAA Staff Recognised by The Ombudsman for superb Customer Services

HKEAA staff members have been recognised again by the Ombudsman’s Awards 2024 for Officers of Public Organisations for their outstanding customer services.

The two awardees in 2024 – Ms Dreama Tam Tsz-ying from the International and Professional Examinations Division and Ms Katie Law Wing-ki from the School Examinations and Assessment Division, are responsible for the administration of Music and Arts examinations, and the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) respectively. They serve tens of thousands of candidates each year, including handling enquiries and complaints from candidates, parents, teachers, etc. and providing them with support and assistance. The Ombudsman’s Awards were a testimony of them for handling complaints with a positive and proactive attitude, and providing the public with high-quality assessment services through professionalism and patience.

Since 2012, a total of 23 HKEAA staff members have received the Ombudsman’s Awards.
