Parents attending the seminar were keen to discuss various issues about public examinations

500 parents joined ‘DSE: Facts and Myths’ seminar

The HKEAA held a seminar entitled ‘DSE: Facts and Myths’ on 24 August 2019 to provide updates on the HKDSE and a number of international examinations for further studies. The seminar was held at the Education Bureau Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre with the support of the Committee on Home-School Co-operation.

In his opening address, Dr So Kwok-sang said that the HKEAA attached great importance to parents’ views on the provision of examinations and assessment services. The HKEAA will continue to engage key stakeholders with an aim to improve transparency and enhance understanding of the administration of public examinations.

Participating parents were keen to raise various questions about public examinations and hear from the panelists the latest updates.
