Question:
When I assign marks to students, should I try to give a normal distribution of marks ? i.e. a few get low marks or high marks and most of them get the average.
Answer:
Teachers are encouraged to use the mark range of 0-20 marks fully, i.e. teachers need not hesitate to award high marks for a well-written report and vice versa.
