The setting of SBA tasks for all HKDSE subjects is school-based and teachers can set appropriate SBA tasks for their students to fit individual school settings and enrich student learning. Thus it should make no difference that teachers set different project titles with ICT; what is important is that school teachers should use the common assessment criteria stated in the 'Assessment Record for SBA' to evaluate students' project assignments. The performance level of a project assignment does not depend on the topic domain of its project title; it should be checked against the assessment criteria with the learning outcomes manifested in the Curriculum and Assessment Guide.
