Question:
The minimum number of practical related tasks for learning and teaching is 8 for Biology and 4 for Combined Science (Biology part). If both Area A and Area B of a practical task are assessed, will it be regarded as two practical tasks for learning and teaching?
Answer:
It would be regarded as one practical task no matter how many areas are assessed. The requirement aims to ensure that students are provided with learning experience of a reasonable number of practical tasks. Provision of learning experience should not be confused with making assessments.
