59 機構發展 Corporate Development StaffWellness and Employee Relations Protecting staff health and safety whilst ensuring business continuity was one of the major concerns amid the pandemic. During the year, we provided staff with face masks, disinfectant materials and disinfection services where necessary. Staff were allowed to work from home between February and April as well as July to August 2020 or adopt extended flexi-hour and flexi lunch arrangement. An All-Staff-Meeting was held in January 2020 to share corporate updates and gauge staff feedback. At the Meeting, an Award Presentation Ceremony took place to recognise contributions and commitment of retired and long-serving staff, and to present awards to distinguished staff and outstanding teams, as well as award winners of the Staff Suggestion Scheme. In addition, amid the pandemic, staff communication continued via online meeting amid efforts to promote a collaborative culture between management and staff. Apart from regular premises maintenance, several enhancement works were completed at the HKEAA San Po Kong Building, which included lift modernisation, installation of mobile digital panels, and self-service kiosks. Further enhancement works would commence at Tai Hing and Lai King Assessment Centres to cope with an increasing demand for computer-based tests. Staff Capacity Building Subsequent to implementing the leadership development strategy in the past two years and riding on the outcome of the training needs analysis, enhancement had been implemented at both corporate and divisional levels. These included strengthening the management/ supervisory training with emphasis on a positive and respectful culture, and raising awareness of changes in the operating environment and problem solving. Training on ISO9001, information security and legal compliance was also delivered during the year. 員工福祉及僱員關係 疫情期間,保障員工健康及安全,同時維持 考評局正常運作至為重要。年內我們向員工 提供外科口罩,並按需要提供消毒用品及安 排消毒辦公室及其他設施。於 2020年2月至 4月及7月至8月期間,員工可在家工作或安 排彈性上班及彈性午膳時間。 我們於2020年1月舉行全體員工會議,分享 考評局的最新發展及了解員工關注的事項。 會上舉行了年度頒獎典禮,向貢獻良多的退 休員工及長期服務的同事致意,並嘉許傑出 員工及團隊,以及頒發員工建議獎項。另 外,秘書長及各總監於疫情期間,透過線上 會議與員工代表溝通,繼續推動管理層與同 事協作的文化。 除定期的處所維修,考評局新蒲崗大樓完成 了多項改善工程,包括更新升降機、安裝流 動電子顯示屏及自助電腦服務站。我們亦於 大興和荔景兩間評核中心進行改善工程,以 應付電腦考試的額外需求。 提升員工潛能 因應過去兩年實施的領導層發展策略計劃,以 及培訓需求分析的結果,考評局進一步提升機 構和部門層面的培訓策略,包括強化管理╱ 監督培訓,並強調正面和尊重的文化,以及提 升員工對營運環境改變的意識和解決問題的 能力。年內,我們亦舉辦有關ISO 9001品質管 理、資訊保安和法律合規的培訓。 考評局團隊 Our Staff
