46 與教育界聯繫 Engaging with the Education Community Advisory Committee on Public Examinations Administration The Advisory Committee on Public Examinations Administration, comprising school principals from various school councils and school teachers, met twice during the year to discuss and review examination administration matters, including the changes to applications for special examination arrangements, review of examination accommodation and contingency measures for the 2020 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), examination timetable for the 2021 HKDSE and updates on the one-off contingency measures and streamlining of public examination and Schoolbased Assessment (SBA) for the 2021 HKDSE, etc. Members also shared valuable feedback on the ‘Home cum District Centre’ arrangement for the four core subjects. Professional Development for Teachers To enhance transparency and teachers’ understanding of the examination, briefing sessions on the review of examinations were held for all 24 Category A and Applied Learning subjects from September to November 2019. Although some of the briefing or training had to be cancelled due to social unrest in 2019, during the year over 50 briefing sessions, training sessions, workshops and conference sessions were conducted for different subjects, including workshops on question-setting and marking for written examinations, teachers’ conferences and experience-sharing sessions on SBA, and training sessions on designing SBA tasks and developing assessment rubrics for specific subjects. Engaging with the Public and Examination Personnel In 2019/20, several physical and online events were organised to acquaint different stakeholders with our works. In January, an annual Open Day and four sessions of Information Seminars on the HKDSE Core Subjects were organised. Over 670 visits by members of the public, including students and parents, were recorded. In March 2020, a briefing session for examination personnel was held to provide schools with an overview of the contingency measures to be implemented during the 2020 HKDSE. Around 1,300 participants attended the briefing session, including 160 who attended physically and 1,140 who joined via webinar. 公開考試行政安排諮詢委員會 公開考試行政安排諮詢委員會由多個學校議 會的校長和教師代表組成。委員會於年內舉 行兩次會議,討論及檢視考務安排的事宜, 包括特別考試安排申請之改動、檢討2020年 香港中學文憑考試(文憑試)的試場安排及考 試應變措施、2021年文憑試考試時間表,以 及2021年文憑試精簡公開考試和校本評核及 其他應變安排的最新發展等。委員亦就於四 個核心科目考試設立「原校及地區試場」的建 議方案提出寶貴意見。 教師專業培訓 為提高文憑試的透明度及促進教師對考試的 了解,考評局於2019年9月至11月期間為教 師舉行多場簡報會,檢視24個甲類科目和各 應用學習科目的考試評核。雖然部分簡報會 或教師培訓課程受到2019年的社會事件影響 而取消,考評局於年內仍就不同科目合共舉 辦逾50場簡報會、教師培訓課程、工作坊和 會議,包括筆試擬題和評卷工作坊、校本評 核教師會議和經驗分享會,以及個別科目的 校本評核課業設計及擬訂評核細則的培訓課 程。 聯繫公眾及考務人員 在2019/20年度,我們舉辦了數場實體及網上 活動,讓不同持份者了解考評局的工作。我 們於1月舉辦了一年一度的開放日及四場文 憑試核心科目資訊講座,讓公眾人士、學生 及家長參加,並錄得逾670人次入場參加。 2020年3月,我們為學校舉辦簡介會,讓考 務人員了解2020年文憑試的應變措施。活動 約有1,300人參加,包括160位在現場參與和 1,140位經網上參與的考務人員。
