43 考試及評核服務 Examination and Assessment Services 2020年系統評估 受到2019冠狀病毒病疫情影響,教育局宣布 取消2020年的系統評估。為善用評估材料, 教育局與考評局及香港教育城(教育城)推出 「善用2020年全港性系統評估材料」安排,讓 學校使用中、英、數科的評估材料。 兩個語文科的閱讀及聆聽評估,以及數學科 的評估分卷均上載至教育城的STAR平台, 題目可由電腦系統自動批改;而考評局負責 印刷及收發紙本評估分卷至全港中小學;學 校可按校本需要申請考評局批改寫作卷的服 務。「善用系統評估材料」的安排於兩個時段 進行,分別為6月底至7月初,以及9月中至 10月中,學校可選擇在其中一個或同時於兩 個時段參加。我們會提供「學生表現分析」報 告給參與STAR網上評估及寫作批改服務的學 校,協助學校了解學生在疫情下暫停面授課 堂期間的學習狀況。 為了解學生在暫停面授課堂期間的學習表 現, 考評局進行學校問卷調查,收集校長、 教師、學生及家長的意見。問卷調查經已完 成,調查結果有助我們進一步了解學生在此 期間之學習狀況。 TSA 2020 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the EDB announced the cancellation of TSA 2020. However, the TSA 2020 materials were retained for schools to use. 'Gainful Use of TSA 2020 Materials' (GU) exercise was implemented via collaboration among the EDB, the Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) and the HKEAA. Papers of Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics were provided to schools for use. The reading and listening assessment papers in both languages, together with the Mathematics papers were uploaded to the Student Assessment Repository (STAR) on the EdCity platform. All the items can be auto-marked by the computer system. The HKEAA was responsible for printing, delivering and collecting hardcopies of the aforementioned assessment materials from all primary and secondary schools. Marking services for writing papers were provided upon request by schools. The GU arrangement was offered in two periods, between late June and early July, and between mid-September and mid-October respectively. Schools could participate in either period or both periods on a voluntary basis. 'Students' Performance Analysis' reports were provided to schools participating via the STAR system as well as those requiring marking services for writing papers. These reports aim at facilitating schools' understanding of students' learning, especially during suspension of face-to-face classes amid the pandemic. We also conducted a school survey to collect views from principals, teachers, students and parents on students' learning dur ing suspension of in-person lessons. Responses to the questionnaires have been received and are expected to enhance our understanding of students' performance during this period.
