28 持續優化考務工作 我們繼續善用科技以提升考務工作效率。我 們在所有禮堂試場設置了試場通訊及支援 系統和出席紀錄及答卷收集系統。這些系統 不但讓我們更有效和準確地核對考生出席紀 錄及點算答卷，同時亦有助支援試場主任， 加強與試場溝通，以便迅速處理各種異常情 況。我們亦為有特殊教育需要考生而設的禮 堂試場及特定的課室試場進行錄影。 文憑試的聆聽考試主要透過香港電台第二台 播放。我們並在67間學校禮堂安裝紅外線接 收系統，以舉行聆聽考試。2020年共有283 個學校禮堂用作英國語文及中國語文科聆聽 試場，其中49個採用紅外線接收系統。 Continuous Enhancement of Examination Administration We have continued to deploy appropriate technology to enhance the administration of the examinations. The Public Examinations Communication and Support System and Attendance and Script Tracking System were used in all hall centres to deliver the written examinations. These systems have not only increased efficiency and accuracy in verifying the attendance of candidates and tracking their answer scripts, but also strengthened the support for centre supervisors. Communication with the examination centres and handling of irregularities were also boosted, with the support of the systems. Video recording was also deployed in hall centres and designated classroom centres for SEN. The listening components in the HKDSE were mainly broadcast via RTHK Radio 2 for candidates. We also installed the Infra-red (IR) Transmission System in 67 school halls for broadcasting the listening materials.
