By working with a wide range of schools and teachers throughout Hong Kong, we are able to deliver a vast number of examination and assessment services for learners in well managed venues. These facilities are monitored by competent supervisors and invigilators who ensure the process is fair and equitable for all students.

In 2012, we administer Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination for over 70,000 candidates, while around 40,000 candidates take part in the HKALE Examination. We are responsible for managing the operation of the examination centres during the examination period.

We provide a full range of support services including guidelines and training materials for examination personnel. During the examination period a dedicated team of exam administration officers is also available to answer centre enquiries quickly and accurately.

From assessing students through School-based Assessment to working as centre supervisors, invigilators, examiners, assistant examiners, moderators and markers, teachers are our invaluable partners in providing examination and assessment services.

That’s why we are continually reviewing ways in which to boost our support services for teachers. Currently, we provide a wealth of materials including syllabus, past papers and examination reports to support their teaching. Teachers also have access to specific articles and references, subject specific teaching seminars, assessment literacy and professional development training as well as TSA results that provide timely feedback on their teaching; all this ensures they have the necessary tools to maximize their potential.
