|The setting up of PEIC is to provide candidates and the public a single point of contact to make enquires, voice their complaints and irregularities relating to public examinations. It also provides urgent assistance to candidates on the day of examination.
PEIC was awarded the prizes in the Mystery Caller Assessment Award, a competition jointly organised by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association and the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency in 2010 and 2013. The awards demonstrated the achievement of the centre in raising standards of customer service and expediting the handling of enquiries and complaints.
