Estate Agents / Salespersons Qualifying Examinations
Introduction

Passing of the Qualifying Examination is only one of the conditions for the grant of licence. For other licensing conditions, please refer to the Estate Agents Ordinance and Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulation for details of these conditions.

Examination Timetable

From 2008, the Salespersons Qualifying Examination will be held six times a year in February, April, June, August, October and December. The Estate Agents Qualifying Examination will be held four times a year in February, April, August and December. There is no limit on the number of candidates at these examinations.

Please note that examination fees must be paid in cash by presenting the Demand Note at any 7-Eleven  convenient store.  Registration can be made at our San Po Kong Office only.

Late Registration

Because of limited availability, late registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
