Estate Agents / Salespersons Qualifying Examinations
Introduction

Passing of the Qualifying Examination is only one of the conditions for the grant of licence. For other licensing conditions, please refer to the Estate Agents Ordinance and Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulation for details of these conditions.

Examination Timetable

From 2012, the Estate Agents Qualifying Examination will be held four times a year in February, June, October and December.  The Salespersons Qualifying Examination will be held six times a year in February, April, June, August, October and December.  There is no limit on the number of candidates at these examinations.

Examination Registration

For June 2012 Salespersons Qualifying Examination, Application Procedure, Entry Form, Demand Note can be obtained from the Estate Agents Authority and the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority offices.  However, registration can be made at our San Po Kong Office only.
