Introduction

Passing of the Qualifying Examination is only one of the conditions for the grant of licence. For other licensing conditions, please refer to the Estate Agents Ordinance and Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulation for details of these conditions.

• Salespersons Qualifying Examination

Examination Timetable

From 2008, the Salespersons Qualifying Examination will be held six times a year in February, April, June, August, October and December. The Estate Agents Qualifying Examination will be held four times a year in February, April, August and December.

There is no limit on the number of candidates at these examinations.

Important Dates for the Qualifying Examinations in April 2010

1. Date and Time of examinations:
   

   Estate Agents	22 April 2010, Thursday	6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Salespersons	23 April 2010, Friday	6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

2. Registration by post
   4 - 17 March 2010  
3. Registration in person or by a representative:
   18 - 24 March 2010  
4. Late Registration (An additional administration fee will be charged)
   29 and 30 March 2010 (Seats available are limited and applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis)

Please note that examination fees must be paid in cash by presenting the Demand Note at any 7-Eleven  convenient store.  Registration can be made at our San Po Kong Office only.

Late Registration

Because of limited availability, late registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Application procedures for Late Entry, Application Form for Late Entry and Entry Form can be obtained from the Estate Agents Authority and the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority offices above.
