Schools which have had approval for participation in any one of the 2 School Examinations are indicated by the abbreviation of the name of the particular examination under the column headed "Exam. approved for participation" (CE for H.K. Certificate of Education Examination; AL for H.K. Advanced Level Examination).

If the school is also permitted to present candidates for participation in a practical subject, this will be indicated by the abbreviation of the subject name under the column headed "Approved Practical Subjects". (Please refer to the next page for the list of abbreviations for practical subjects.)

Schools whose applications for first participation in the particular examination and/or presenting candidates for the particular practical subjects in 2010 are being considered are not included in this School List.
