The Authority has designated Officer – Public Affairs and Communications as the Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information are properly dealt with in accordance with specific procedures.
Requests for information or records held by the Authority may be made by letter or application form. The application form can be downloaded from this web page. Application forms are also obtainable from our offices at Southorn Centre, Wan Chai and San Po Kong. The application should be addressed to:

The following information is available for public inspection at the enquiry counters in our offices at Southorn Centre, Wan Chai and San Po Kong:

Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at cost specified, photocopying charge (black and white photocopy on A3 or A4 size paper with or without enlarging) of HK$1.0 per page will be levied. The charge may be subject to revision.
For information related to personal data, please refer to the “Application Guide on Data Access Requests” for details. The main purpose of this Guide is to inform the public about how to get examination-related data with regard to the data protection principles in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
